- Intermediate Progress Report of 250 words in English is expected
to be sent to AITEC around the end of November 1997 (the precise
deadline will be informed later) by e-mail. This report should include
- The purpose
- The research method
- The intermediate result
- The future plan
- Project Final Report of about 30 pages written in English is
expected to be sent to AITEC at the end of February 1998. This report
should be sent even if the project is a two-year project. The report
should be sent by e-mail. Besides the report, resulting software and
files describing README, user manuals, installation manuals are also
expected to be sent to AITEC by ftp.
Copyright of the report should be transferred to AITEC, and the
Mechanical Social Systems Foundation, and the copyright of the
software will remains with the contractor.
- If your softawre is splended enough, AITEC may invite you to the
``Workshop on awarded projects" which will be held around the end of
February 1998 for the presentation of your research with demonstration
of the resulting software.
- Expense plan is expected to be sent to AITEC. Contractors are
expected to expend according to ``Expense guideline" which will be
informed later.
- Adjustment of the accounts, and keeping copies of receipts are
expected, and they are expected to be sent to AITEC until the end of
March 1998.
- Besides the above, progress of research etc. is expected to be
reported to AITEC if we request.
